We are specialized in manufacturing various tire rim valves, valve cores and valve copper. We are an ISO/TS16949-certified enterprise, a secretariat member and deputy director member of the National Technical Committee on Tire Rim Standardization, Valve Branch, as well as a key formulator of national valve and valve core standards.
As a joint-stock enterprise (former: Shandong Valve Factory), we have been specialized in valve and valve core manufacturing for 45 years. With a registered capital of 16.8 million yuan, an area of 60,000 square meters and a floor area of 37,000 square meters, we have grown rapidly and continuously since the restructuring in 2007, have been capable of manufacturing products up to international standards in terms of human resources, economic management, technical equipment, production process and auxiliary facilities, and play an industrially leading role at home and abroad. Our "Gaotian" tire valves are applicable to inner tubes, tubeless tires and tire rims of various vehicles. Now we turn out many series and nearly 100 types of over 200 million sets of various valves, and 8,000 tons of valve copper annually.
The ISO/TS16949: 2009 quality management system certification of NSF-ISR in November 2011; the ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification of Beijing Zhongrun Certification Co., Ltd. in September 2013 and the CE certification of National Quality Assurance (NQA) in March 2014.
